For all the in’s and out’s our of consultation together, how does it work, how long will it go for, how will I get my supplements. I’ll be going through my process from start to finish on what you can expect with your online Naturopathic appointment.
By booking in an appointment you’re making your first step towards improving your health and wellbeing. Booking your consultation is fairly simple, head to book now, select the type of consultation you need and then select a day and time that suits you. From there you’ll be sent a welcome email which has a in-depth questionnaire for you to fill out prior to your appointment, this helps me attain as much information as I can about your case. Naturopathy involves treating the patient in a holistic way which means not just treating the symptoms but the cause of the issue, this is why the intake form and initial consultation is so thorough. Being based solely online you can have your Naturopathic appointment from the comfort of your own home, you’ll get sent a Zoom link prior to your consultation.
After your appointment I’ll be working on your case to help you achieve the best outcome, allow me about 24 hours to come up with your complete treatment plan and supplement prescriptions. You’ll get sent an email with the details of your treatment plan, this could involve diet changes and lifestyle adjustments. In addition you’ll receive another email with your supplement prescription, just select what sizes/favours you’d like and they get sent straight to your house, it’s as simple as that. Being an online Naturopath allows more convenience for my clients, it means consults can be done outside of normal hours, my clients are more comfortable at home, you can easily access your prescribed supplements and we can still have an in-depth conversation about your health even if we don’t live in the same area.
After our initial consultation, it’s best to book in your return consult 4-6 weeks later, this gives your body time to adjust to the recommendations I’ve made and see how the supplements are improving your health. Eventually we want to work towards your body being in a optimal state and not need any therapeutic supplements, so we can work on weaning off certain supplements and if needed there are more day to day supplements you can take to maintain wellbeing, such as Magnesium, Omega 3, a Multivitamin or B complex.

This is ideal for prescription top ups, blood test results or when you’re needing some advice about an acute health concern.
