My goal as a naturopath is simple, to improve your health with natural medicine

I have two University degrees, Bachelor of Naturopathy and a Bachelor of Clinical Science. I use a combination of herbal medicine, nutrition, lifestyle advice and diet to help you optimise your wellbeing and create a treatment plan that is, and feels, right for you. I believe in educating patients with a scientific approach, with evidence behind my treatment method ensuring I helping my clients in the best way possible.

Being a Naturopath is not just a career for me, it is a way of life, a passion, and it brings me great joy in helping people discover health when no one else has been able to help.

If you’re looking to feel like your best self again, you are in the right place. I’m so looking forward to working together on this journey with you.

My story

Growing up, I knew I always wanted to help people. I was fortunate enough in high school to experience work alongside a Naturopath. There, my passion for naturopathy was found. I was amazed that you could heal and empower people with simple methods like adjusting their diet, taking herbs and adding in supplements. I’d never been exposed to the in-depth case taking that a Naturopath does, the attention to detail and the natural medicine approach, and I truly fell in love with this profession.

These early learnings saw me complete a Bachelor of Naturopathy at Southern Cross University. It was and still is very important to me to always maintain a scientific approach to treating patients.

I am originally based on the Sunshine Coast but we have made the move to Mount Isa for a period of time. I feel strongly connected to nature, I enjoy spending my time outdoors; bush walking, spending time by the beach, and a variety of outdoor sports. Quality family time with my husband, our two sons and our two dogs is important to me, but above all else - good health and happiness.
